Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the same email address used at the time of booking. Cancellations will be considered valid only after you confirm our cancellation acknowledgment email by replying to it.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of services booked and is governed by the cancellation timelines mentioned below.

Cancellation Charges
Once a cancellation request is received and confirmed in writing, the following charges will apply:

  • 61 days or more prior to departure

A full refund of the deposit will be processed after deducting:

  • Applicable transaction or banking fees
  • Costs of any services booked in advance on a non-refundable basis
  • Between 31 and 60 days before departure
  • 75% of the total tour package cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • 30 days or less before departure
  • No refund will be applicable and the entire tour cost will be forfeited

No-Show & Early Departure Policy

  • If a traveler fails to join the tour on the confirmed start date, joins the tour late, or changes the departure date after the tour has commenced, no refund will be issued, particularly in the case of group bookings.
  • If a tour is shortened or abandoned after it has started for any reason, Rajasthan India Private Tour By Car N Driver shall not be responsible for refunds for any unused services.

Changes to Personalized Tour Packages
In case of any modifications to customized or personalized tour itineraries, our team will communicate the changes clearly via email for your review and confirmation.
