To confirm a booking, an initial advance payment is required. The advance amount depends on the nature of services booked.

Final Payment
The remaining balance amount must be settled before or during the tour. Rajasthan India Private Tour By Car N Driver reserves the right to request the balance payment at any time during the journey, depending on the chosen payment method.
In certain cases, the final payment may be required to be made in cash directly to the driver before departure.
Booking Modifications & Cancellations
Booking modifications may include changes in arrival or departure dates, destinations, or services. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes within the same booking.
If modifications are not feasible, the existing booking may be canceled and a new booking will be created. In such cases, the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
Important Note
After booking confirmation and payment completion, customers are advised to collect and retain the original invoice or booking receipt for future reference.
